Heritage Heating and Cooling is a family-owned full service air
conditioning and heating company located in Franklin TN, that has
built its business on a reputation of taking care of its customers.
From personal service by the owner himself, Jeff Parks, to quality
installations performed by skilled NATE Certified technicians, our
customers know they can trust us with their home comfort.
Heritage was started in the the spring of 1998 after Jeff, Dixie,
and their children, moved here from Maryland. Since then, the business
has grown to five employees. Most of our customers find much more
value in smaller companies like ours, due to attributes such as lower
prices, strong family values, trust, serving people, honesty, and
hard work. The majority of our business comes from existing customers
and referrals. In fact, we really do not advertise which means better
prices for our clients.
Heritage services mostly mid to upper end homes in the Williamson
County area. Our specialty is the replacement market where we install
high quality Energy Star products. We take a lot of pride in our
installations. Even some of our competitors complement us on the
attention to detail and neat work we do.
Heritage believes in helping our customers save money, especially
in these uncertain economic times. Therefore, we have a "lowest
price guarantee". Any contractor can do a job cheaper
by cutting corners and pricing it for less. It is important to be
aware and know what is and is not included in your estimate. We see
so many estimates omit key items that make a quality, worry-free
installation. Our price guarantee means that if you find a comparable
installation for less, we will beat it. All we ask is that it be
an "apples
to apples" written and signed comparison by a local, licensed,
